Joe agreed they installed a faulty gasket which caused the car to leak oil and smell inside the car. There was no charge to install a new gasket.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. My truck broke down on my way to a work event out of state. They were the closest Honda dealer and Rodney worked with me to get the problem handled as soon as possible I was able to pick up my Honda ridgeline truck the following day when returning back to WI. Efficient. Came in for just my autobutler appt as i had an oil change/rotation scheduled 2 days later bc there was no additional time that day during the detail appointment. However they were able to overdeliver and complete the autobutler and the oil change/rotation. Very happy. Also the car looks great from the autobutler application.
