Ken didn't seem knowledgable as a car salesman . when asked specifics he would say he didn't know , or just lie and say yes or no to something that turned out to be the other way around. he also told me he would fix something on the vehicle during the test drive , and a couple days later he's telling me that he never said that he would fix that.

He was very focus listening me and giving me full attention. He could take me for test drive and helped me to get best deal. He knows the business and customer needs well.

I received a nice car at a slightly above market value price. Everyone was friendly. This is the Dirtiest sale I've ever been involved in. Low ball on trade in, 5000$ cosmetic service pack was pitched as mandatory. Standard bad dealer leave them in the box wear them come back with marginally lower offer. Options I refused were still on final paperwork. Sale swelled to 6500 higher than advertised price before dropping down to near market value after absolutely unacceptable negotions. Again, nice car. Friendly staff. Hard sale on near bait and switch tactics. There are no deals here.

They do a thorough inspection on each car brought in and provide an objective evaluation and categorization of needed repairs. When the list is long for an older car, it can be daunting, so some more detail or guidance on choosing what to get repaired would be helpful, especially when dealer prices are premium for repairs. The waiting area is comfortable and courtesy shuttle is available.

I stopped in without an appointment because I discovered a large screw in my tire. Joe was very helpful as always. The bad news is the tire needed to be replaced. The great news is they had the tire in stock. After a short wait I was on my way with a brand new tire. A side comment about Honda in general. I wish Honda would upgrade their service computer software to better track warranties on vehicles. Over the years I have had work done at three different Honda dealers. None of them have had easy access to warranty information. ...

I was ripped off. The service required no parts, only labor, and it took less than two hours to fix it, and I was charged over $700.

It is helpful to have all the service records in one place so the service advisor can see when anything was last done. The waiting area is bright and comfortable. It was nice to be able to have a cup of coffee while I waited.

I have I high mileage pilot. I left pressured into making a lot of repairs, plus while making the repairs a couple of parts were broken in the repair process, so I had to pay for those parts too. Overall I spent $5400 after expecting to pay for 1 wheel bearing repair. Way way more than I expected.

I am very pleased with my new vehicle purchase and the salesman Kenny. I went in with the intent of just ordering a vehicle and placing a deposit. Instead I went home with a new vehicle that same day. Only complaint was that it was a busy place that day and a very long wait to handle the financial parts.

I spontaneously stopped in due to my tire pressure alert popped on a couple times. Turns out I had a nail in my rear tire. I agreed to a patch until my future appt to get all tires replaced.
