Excellent experience with the exception of ensuring the tire air pressure was correct for summer driving or for over all driving period. Had too much pressure in the tires from the cold winter driving
I was seen right away. Diagnosis was performed quickly, and work was completed when promised. A much better experience than anticipated any time one gets a check engine light.

We had a mechanic's recommendation for Anthony Lee, and he was great. We knew what we wanted, and he had the exact car waiting for us. He took us through the new features, and made the whole experience very pleasant.
I test drove one car and decided to buy it within 45 minutes. We were there for 5 hours which in my opinion is a ridiculous amount of time to be waiting.

We drove up from Chicago on our mechanic’s recommendation, and were met by knowledgeable, patient people who walked us through the process. We bought our first Honda in 1984, but this is our first hybrid. A fine car, and nice salespeople.

I showed up with my car early in the morning for a service appointment. I've never done that by myself normally my mother or father would assist me but I did it on my own and had questions on how it went and those were answered. The service was completed and I was informed immediately after.

Excellent as always. Anthony greeted me at the 'info podium' (I have no idea what it's really called). Jim came up to walk me back to Amos's office (and then brought me a cup of hot chocolate). Amos answered all of my questions about terms of financing and GAP insurance, and had my coat waiting for me when I returned to pick it up after accidentally leaving it behind when I left.

Logan was incredibly helpful as I came in unsure of exactly what I was looking for. He asked a few questions and was able to get me focused on a couple of options that met my search criteria, and after getting some details on payments and financing we narrowed it down to one. He was patient with me as I tried to communicate with my, as it was her car, and we were able to work out an excellent deal.

Already filled out your other survey. Please stop texting me. I came in to have my tire checked and they decided it was my timing belt. My car has 55,000 miles and now my tire pressure alert is on not a check engine light. I am getting a second opinion and will not be back.

Great experience at Honda of Kenosha. The dealership gives you the opportunity to test drive a car without a sales consultant in the car. This gives you the opportunity to really focus on performance of the car without having to talk to the sales consultant while driving. We worked with a sales consultant Abed and Jon the sales manager, both were very accommodating and not only answered our questions but continually asked if we need further clarification. Abed had exceptional listening skills was able to find the right vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Went in for oil change and low tire pressure. Suggested additional maintenance which was done. I asked about possible discounts which were provided (we are new to WI) however $50 was applied instead of $60 which Todd corrected. We were surprised by the credit card use charge but it is a changing world! Friendly and knowledgeable and helpful staff. We have always trusted our cars to the dealership for service!
