Rodney fit my emergency in when he did not have to. The work was completed when promised. Trust, competence and customer service is the best thing you can sell there. Efficient. Came in for just my autobutler appt as i had an oil change/rotation scheduled 2 days later bc there was no additional time that day during the detail appointment. However they were able to overdeliver and complete the autobutler and the oil change/rotation. Very happy. Also the car looks great from the autobutler application.

Very angry about most recent oil change. Had to make 2 subsequent visits to address an oil leak due to a simple oil change. That left this 7-time Honda owner unsafe and now untrusting. For my troubles (3 visits which should have been only 1) they gave me a $25 Honda gift card. What the xxxx am I supposed to do with that.

Had a couple of noises on my 2 year old pilot. Out of standard warranty with 50,000 miles but have extended warranty. $190 for diagnosing a loose bottom cover and probably tire hum seems a bit high.

Sam provides top notch customer service! Only issue with the dealership is that they can't provide a car wash that's operative. Always broken. And no sense of urgency to repair.

Sales process was good but car didn't arrive in the condition I expected. Some items not working properly. This was addressed but should have been on first delivery.
